Body Conditioning & Technique Training
It is absolutely imperative that dancers are strong, physically fit and able to endure the rigours of dance performance. A conditioning class allows dancers to strengthen their bodies to compliment their technical and stylistic dance training and to prevent injuries.
During class we use methods that use the floor, gravity and self resistance techniques to strengthen, align and condition the body.
It is geared for dancers who want to improve stability, balance, strength and their overall dance training.
