ROAR Talent

Our studio caters for elite performers in areas of singing, dancing and acting however our studio is open for recreational classes for anyone aged of 2 and above who would just like to make new friends and have a lot of fun. 

ROAR Talent is a dance and performing arts centre located in Richmond, NSW that has been training the some of the best talent for over 32 years. We are committed to performance excellence in developing the stars of the present and the future.

We aim to provide the foundations for a successful career path into the entertainment industry. We accomplish this by providing excellence in dance, singing and performance tuition. We employ a range of expert teachers and leading industry professionals who create a nurturing and supportive environment which provides constructive feedback to all students improving their performance, development and technique.  

ROAR Talent is the only dance school in the Hawkesbury that has their very own professional stage, built with lights and sound at their studio!

MEET OUR DIRECTORS AND OWNERS 

ABIGAIL BRIERLEY
Abigail Brierley embarked on her dance journey with Cool Kidz Dance Company, later known as Roar Talent. She honed her skills at McDonald College of Performing Arts and became a member of the esteemed Premier State Ballet. Upon turning 18, Abigail transitioned into a professional career, accumulating over 10 years of valuable experience as a lead dancer on Carnival Cruise Lines and various ships worldwide.

Her artistic journey graced enchanting stages, including the renowned cabaret “Royal Palace” in Kirrwiller, Strasbourg, France, and the iconic Moulin Rouge. Subsequently, she rejoined cruise ships, where fate brought her to meet her husband. Abigail then ventured to the UK, playing a pivotal role in training ballet teachers for the International Dance Teachers’ Association (IDTA).

Upon returning to Australia, Abigail assumed leadership of Roar Talent. She earned RAD ( Royal Academy of Dance) qualifications and a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management. Beyond her professional achievements, Abigail is a devoted mother to four beautiful children.
Abigail prides herself on offering a supportive and fully qualified studio. She understands that everyone has a different path in dance and caters to those seeking to have fun as well as those aspiring to make it a career.
KATHY SPICE
A Hawkesbury native, Kathy has been immersed in early childcare teaching for an impressive three decades. Her joy stems from observing the growth and development of children. Although her foray into dance was initially sparked by her daughter’s involvement since the age of two, Kathy now plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of Roar Talent. As the mastermind behind the business, she orchestrates an environment where every child can thoroughly enjoy their experience.
